Tony is one of, if not the most creative and innovative person with whom I have ever worked. One of his greatest character strengths is to constructively challenge the status quo and “think out of the box.” This exceptional trait yielded myriad returns, efficiencies, and competitive advantages during his tenure.

Tony has many valuable skills. Chief among them is his ability to organize and administrate. He provided invaluable help in a long-term product development project that involved writing, typesetting and publishing almost 200 documents and six books. Tony coordinated the purchase of Video Projection Technology for our training courses. He also helped develop two seven-day training courses and several workshops. Tony was at the center of keeping all the parts of our efforts organized, and he coordinated the work of the dozen people on these projects. He has been one of the most responsible, resourceful colleagues I have ever worked with.

I have had the pleasure of working with some excellent employees. It was to my surprise that Tony exceeded in excellence his predecessors, many of whom were ten or more years his senior. His characteristics that stand out the most are his pleasant, calm personality and his competence-his quick, efficient, yet thorough, approach to tasks. He is warm, friendly, pleasant and very professional. He is very trustworthy and I do not hesitate trusting him with confidential clinical material and large sums of money.
