I developed an integrated marketing plan with an email cascade to promote forums and listening sessions to 11,000 University of Wisconsin–Madison employees. After working with the Collaboration and Outreach Team, a cross-section of university employees, I approved the plan with HR leadership and developed all of the materials based on established deadlines.
