Email Automation

I used email automation in SLATE to move admitted students through orientation and enrollment programs at Oklahoma State University. After drafting all the emails and the confirmation, 14-day and 3-day autoresponders, I facilitated updates and approvals, modeled logic/queries and designed the emails.
